    This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks.

    It might be a personal bias but this is the only Starbucks that makes my drink correct: Venti Starbucks Double Shot on Ice with whole milk.

    Other places that have made this drink for me make it too "milky" or too sweet where it almost feels like I'm drinking a sugary latte.

    I work in the same shopping center and usually stop here before work or on my break. I do mobile orders mostly but if I'm ever having issues with my app, I walk in and order. I have never had any problems with my order. If there has been ever a mishap, they have always fixed my drink for me with a smile and a sincere apology.

    It's a very busy Starbucks and I think people tend to forget that. I have came in on days where they are very busy and everyone is working as fast as they can to get orders out in which mine still comes out in a timely manner.

    I feel awful for not knowing everybody's names but they have learned my name.  

    Great staff and friendly service. (And they know how to make my drink perfectly)

    Side note: It's always clean when I come in.

    I was surprised to try out the new sippy cup lids at Starbucks today. Trying to alleviate straws.

    The seasonal dragon drink refresher tea is really good! Pretty splash of pink and magenta with some refreshing sweetness. I do taste the mango and dragonfruit. It is a lighter choice for summer than a heavy frappe.

    This is a nice location. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The service is good.

    I really like this Starbucks because the staff is always fast, friendly, and they never mess my order up!  it's so convenient to stop by here while I'm shopping at south shore center. They have lots of parking and outside seating.

    This is my go to Starbucks as parking is easy compared to Park street and it sits next to several good eating places in Southshore.  It's usually crowded with so many folks sitting with their laptops open while doing their "thing" while ignoring everyone else.  There is a constant stream of new wait staff so I rarely get the same server.  The service is consistent between the Starbucks but I like this place because I don't worry about getting a ticket for an overdue meter.

    Disappointed:

    Seven Employees, stood in line for five min and no greeting. They were all drinking a shot of something which is understandable for testing a new flavor. I was in line waiting to be engaged and asked for help they busy amongst themselves. I this industry you have to be mindful and do your due diligence to serve the public. I stood there quietly and patiently and a customer even asked if there was a line. I'm writing this as a form of a performance evaluation. After the initial greeting and the order was taken, it was acceptable but the experience was not good overall. I had to ask for a straw at the end when my drinks were given. My suggestion would be a higher sense of engagement, staggered training to compensate for a higher level of customer service, instead of everyone drinking the new flavor and not even directing the customer to the counter. Thanks, please improve.
